   It would be great to be able to save a Microsoft Office Lens created image at a configurable path when using OneDrive and its FolderStructure, best: customised FolderStructure under OneDrive

   Flow can be used under self administrated SharePoint but, as far as I know, not under MS Office 365 OneDrive mobile
