How can we improve Office Lens?

Select onedrive folder

Would like to save to an existing Onedrive folder of my choice rather than default to Office Lens folder.

    It's astonishing that this is not a solved problem after 4 years! Lens is practically flawless other than this problem. Google's equivalent app butchered my documents, Lens gets it right every time.

    This is a trivial feature!

    Office Lens saves scanned documents to a folder in a different path from Office Lens App. Office Lens shows that the specific document is saved in Documents>Office Lens, however the folder is in a different location.

    Also, noticed that scans saved as a photo, it saved the file with a long-nonsense name in my phone's storage.

    Is there a fix for this issues? Are these it bugs?

    thought it was just me, not able to find the change folder function.
    Changing the folder would be very handy, eg. for saving all receipts to one folder, work and private documents to separate folders.

    Like the app but without choice of destination to save to forces me to migrate to a non- Microsoft app

    The tool is really handy, but every time I have to post-process the file with Acrobat Pro in order to reduce the file size almost 10 times smaller!!!!

    Actually I've just found that you can do it. You only have to do it VIA the OneDrive app, go to the folder of your choice and select the "+" then "scan". It's apparently the same way for Google Drive.

    Password changed and Office Lens does not ask nor let me enter a new password so my files are not syncing.

    Couldn't agree more. I want to take photos of slides for uni and receipts for certain jobs etc. And want to be able to select the onedrive or onenote folder to save to, the lack of this makes this otherwise great app essentially useless for my needs.
