Office 365 on Android
I want to use the app on Android (workshop for ophobe users) for my work, so it will be great if I can save it to OneDrive for Business.
Thanks for your feedback on Office Lens. We are happy to announce that Office Lens for Android now supports Office 365 account. Please use Office Lens with your work or school account.

Any idea when this update will be released for Android Business users?
The main functionality needed here is the scanning of business cards to Office 365 contacts, the OCR function would be really powerful but you have to use a private outlook account, not helpful, employees simply dont want to mix up their private and business accounts.
Look forward to this being introduced asap.

The OneDrive for business app allows a "scan" to one drive but it does not cleanup the image the same way Lens does. A merge of the 2 Apps, OneDrive for Business and MS Lens would be perfect. I use Lens with my personal home account then open the image on my laptop then save it into Office 365. A single snap of the camera would be nice.
Why are business and education Office 365 users an afterthought? Support for these users of this app should be a priority, not something considered an afterthought.
It is a must that business and education office 365 users are supported. These are your paying customers. No onedrive for business support yet for your outlook app now no office 365 for business or education support yet for office lens. These are your services that we are asking you to support within these apps. Frustrating.. Customers will end up going else where.
please get this sorted ASAP. This is nowhere near a "seamless" user experience. Currently the android app is useless to me in my workplace (teaching)

Android has a larger market share than Apple does. How does this make any sense at all?

Please add this..

It's pretty silly that this app was ever released without this. Why would I want to scan *business* cards and whiteboards to my *personal* account?
this is absolutely stupid that we cannot use O365 account to login to Office Lens on Android devices. For the love of Pete, add this.
So weird that iOS has had this feature since last year. iOS is on version 1.3 and Android is stuck on 1.2.1.
A long running thread in Yammer continues to bring this up for Android users: https://www.yammer.com/itpronetwork/#/Threads/show?threadId=604975383
And yet no progress for the most widespread phone operating system!
Why are you only considering adding Office 365 support for Android? This should already be implemented, or at least in development.
This app would be great if it wasn't such a pain in the ass to get the images into OneNote and OneDrive. Having to use a private account is ridiculous when we're paying for an Office 365 package for all staff and almost 800 students!
There are a lot of 3rd party apps that can save biz card info to Outlook 365. Why is this such a challenge for MS???
It is essential to add o365 for business integration to utilize this product in a school setting. Andriod update please

We started using the new office 365 groups and they're great. Saving scans directly to a group folder or a group onenote notebook would be quite awesome!
A lot of schools have business accounts and the students have android phones.
Agreed it would be very helpful!
This is crazy, add Office365-support to Lens please!
stop forcing people to sign in with personal microsoft accounts, it's useless. there are two major applications for lens, scanning meeting notes from a whiteboard and scanning receipts for expenses. why we aren't able to connect our O365 business accounts is beyond me.
Works fine but need to be able to synchronise with onedrive for business? (Office 365) . Would improve usefulness/capability exponentially.
How is this not already a thing? Add the Office 365 support, it's an obvious need.
